The 6th Annual Brendan Borek Golf Tournament for Brendan’s Fund was held on April 29, 2011 at the Avalon Golf Club, 1510 N. Route 9, Swainton, NJ 08210. Once again, Steve and Lisa Sylvester hosted a wonderful event. The weather was beautiful, a perfect day for golf and lots of fun. Two of our families joined us. Logan Blackledge and his parents chip and Melissa joined us for dinner and Jay DeVico and his dad were there for part of the day. Jay even participated in the Putting Contest. Our thanks go to the Sylvester Family, Friends and the Avalon Golf Club and Links Restaurant and Staff for helping Brendan’s Fund raise over $7600 for our families. We look forward to sharing another great day in 2012.
