Throughout the year Brendan’s Fund holds fundraising events to support our programs to assist Cape May County families who have a child or young adult with cancer. The community continues to show a tremendous outpouring of support for these events. We truly appreciate the support we receive from all those who attend.

Saturday, August 8th: Hyperflex Beach Splash at the Golden Inn 2:00-7:00pm, raindate August 9th
No entrance fee, drink & lunch specials benefit Brendan’s Fund, Raffle prizes, music by the “Raggamuffins”
Monday, August 10th: Crabcake Day at Sylvester’s Fish Market & Restaurant (21st & 5th Ave), 11:00am-closing
Net proceeds from Crabcakes served benefit Brendan’s Fund
Tuesday, August 11: Artists & Friends Art Show 6-9pm at the Avalon Yacht Club,Tickets $15, under 10 $5, Brendan’s Fund receives 50% of all sales, cash bar & butlered hors d’oeuvres
Sushi@ Surf’ N Sushi: 26th St. & Dune Dr, all day, net proceeds from pizza benefit Brendan’s Fund
Wednesday, August 12: Pizza @ Circle Pizza (2108 Dune Dr.), all day, net proceeds from pizza sales go to Brendan’s Fund
Thursday, August 13: Pancakes @ Fishin’ Pier Grille (32nd & the Boardwalk), all day, net proceeds benefit the Fund
Movie Night @ Community Hall 7-9pm, tickets are $5, under 6 free, feature film “Dear & Yonder”
Shop “Nine”, 141 12th street, 6-10pm, a portion of the proceeds from sales benefit Brendan’s Fund
Friday, August 14: Method Skate Jam hosted by the Avalon Recreation Department, 10:30 am, 29th & the Boardwalk, Free entry skate contest and lots of giveaways
Celebrity Cheesesteakes @ McCool’s Cafe & Tea Room, all day, watch some Cape May County “celebrities” cook up some cheesteakes, proceeds from cheesesteak sales benefit Brendan’s Fund
Saturday, August 15th: 19th Annual Surf Contest, 6:00am-4:00pm, on-line pre-registration required, Circle of Friends Ceremony 12:00pm
19th Annual Homecoming Party @ Community Hall, 6-9pm, $15 admission, 6 yrs & under free, cash bar, music by the “Rockologists”
